Fricks Company
Fort Worth-based Fricks Company is building a new multimillion-dollar office and warehouse that will exceed 40,000 square feet.
The site is at 14001 Ranchers Legacy Trail, near Marcum Ranch Road, in far west Fort Worth.
Details of the project were outlined in documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Fricks, founded in 1972 by Terry Fricks, constructs industrial concrete floors that support operations for food distribution centers, cold storage facilities, food processing, and manufacturing plants and high-volume distribution centers. Today, the company is run by Brad Fricks and Greg Fricks. The company is currently headquartered at 3000 West Loop 820 South.
Cost of construction is projected to be $11.6 million, according to documents. Work is scheduled to begin on Nov. 1 and be completed by Oct. 31, 2024.
The design firm of record is Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford of Fort Worth.
