Hillwood, developer of the 27,000-acre master-planned, mixed-use AllianceTexas development in North Texas, announced this week that two new Class-A speculative industrial buildings totaling nearly 1.7 million square feet are under construction.
Alliance Westport 25, at 1,076,320 square feet, and Alliance Center North 4, at 615,694 square feet, are scheduled to be completed in the second and third quarters of 2023.
“As we’ve seen record demand within AllianceTexas, leasing over 8.9 million square feet over the past 18 months, Hillwood is thrilled to announce the next round of state-of-the-art speculative logistics facilities with Alliance Westport 25 and Alliance Center North 4,” said Reid Goetz, senior vice president of Hillwood. “Now more than ever, customers are focused on real estate solutions that provide supply chain reliability, optionality, and if possible, low cost. Each of these buildings have immediate access to some of the most unique transportation logistics infrastructure in our entire market – the BNSF Alliance Intermodal Facility and Interstate 35W.”
Total AllianceTexas industrial development for 2022 will total nearly 4 million square feet.
Alliance Westport 25, located on the frontage road of Texas 156, is across from the entrance to the BNSF Intermodal Facility. The 1,200-acre Alliance Westport sector provides over 17 million square feet of developable next-generation distribution facility space and is designed and master-planned to be fully integrated with a smart-infrastructure platform featuring electric and autonomous freight optimization capabilities.

Alliance Center North 4 is located on the corner of Litsey Road and the Interstate 35W frontage road.
Alliance Westport 25 and Alliance Center North 4 are both located within AllianceTexas’ transportation infrastructure platform, which includes the AllianceTexas Mobility Innovation Zone (MIZ), Fort Worth Alliance Airport, and BNSF Railway’s Alliance Intermodal Facility.
The AllianceTexas MIZ is a first-of-its-kind “do tank,” leading smart infrastructure deployment to create a robust ecosystem for commercializing new technologies across the supply chain. The buildings are also in close proximity to AllianceTexas’ e-commerce network amenities: FedEx Ground Hub, two UPS Ground Sort Hubs, the FedEx Express Southwest Regional Air Hub, and Amazon Air Regional Hub.
AllianceTexas continues to be an economic engine powering job growth in North Texas, generating more than 63,000 direct jobs to date, according to the officials with the development.
Occupants of Westport 25 and Alliance Center North 4 also will have access to a full suite of workforce recruitment, training and retention resources through the Alliance Workforce Center, Tarrant County College’s Corporate Center for Learning & Development, and dedicated Hillwood Workforce & Education Strategic Initiatives representatives.
