Holt Lunsford Commercial recently announced the appointment of Mario Zandstra as the company's new president.
With a career spanning over three decades, Zandstra brings a remarkable wealth of executive experience and industry background in both the office and industrial sectors to his new role.
Zandstra's responsibilities will be primarily focused on supervising Holt Lunsford’s business development, managing a team-based governance model and supporting the advancement of the company’s current and future generation of leaders.
He will work alongside CEO Holt Lunsford.

Zandstra has held several executive leadership roles across multiple for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. His background includes a decade-long tenure as partner and executive vice president at Transwestern Commercial Services, and leasing and tenant representation positions held at CBRE and Staubach. He also served as president and CEO of Pine Cove, president of East-West, and president and CEO at Family Legacy Missions International.
