Jess Hall's Serendipity, a Fort Worth seasoning and spices company, has signed a new industrial lease for 40,050 square feet in the Suffolk Business Park in south Fort Worth, Transwestern Real Estate Services said.
Jess Hall's Serendipity has been in business for more than 45 years, making spice blends and hot sauces for sale domestically and internationally.
Suffolk Business Park, 2951 Suffolk Drive, is a 116,000-square-foot project comprising four multi-tenant light industrial buildings. Kyle Poulson and Gibson Duwe of Transwestern represented Jess Hall's Serendipity in tenant advisory services.
The site is nearly seven acres and is zoned K-Heavy Industrial. George Jennings and Thomas Grafton of Holt Lunsford represented the landlord, DFW SB Industrial.
Jess Hall's Serendipity is based on Shotts Street north of White Settlement Road at North University Drive.
“This added facility not only increases their real estate footprint, but allows them to keep growing their business,” Duwe said.
