LanCarte Commercial said on Wednesday that it had brokered the lease of a car dealership at 2100 E. Lancaster.
The 1,100-square-foot property sits on 0.69 acres of secured yard space.
The new tenant, S.B. Auto Sales, will use the property to sell motor vehicles.
Daniel Shelley and Riley Dow of LanCarte Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.
