Worth Commercial Real Estate said on Monday that it had hired Faith Wilson in an effort to help the company drive growth of site acquisition for industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, and single-family residential subdivision development throughout the metroplex.
“We are thrilled to have Faith join our team,” said Tim Bates, Worth co-founder, in a statement. “Her background and experience make her a great addition to the company, and she will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in our future success.”
Worth Commercial Real Estate was founded in 2015 by Bates and Jerry Bolz. The firm specializes in office leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, commercial real estate investments, and self-storage.
Wilson, a Fort Worth native, began her real estate career in 2020 as an investment sales agent on the TAG Team at Marcus & Millichap, serving the needs of industrial clients across Tarrant County. She moved to Tillar Partners in 2022.
Wilson earned a bachelor’s in economics from TCU and is working on an MBA there, according to Worth company officials.
